On 22 November, a team from Leaders for All visited our school. They introduced the TeenPact training series for 10th and 11th graders, which aims to provide practical guidance on important issues and challenges facing 15-19 year olds, primarily in career choice topics, while developing key skills such as exploring and identifying personal values, awareness in decision-making, developing cooperation and communication skills, growing in self-esteem, self-confidence, empathy, personal and social responsibility. A training course consists of 4 interactive modules and lasts 4 months. The modules and inter-module exercises include development activities such as completing the DISC test and the Holland test, designing and implementing a community project with the help of mentors, and talking to different professionals in a live library setting. The high quality of the training is ensured by the professionalism of the trainers. With their knowledge and experience, they aim to help young people make an informed, informed choice of their own career. Many thanks to the enthusiastic team at Leaders for All for making it possible for students from our school to participate in their training.
